Daltex Catalyst – 600ml
Description
This catalyst is for use with DALTEX UVR Resin.
We recommend the use of an accelerator/catalyst to ensure even, consistent curing.
Cold weather can significantly increase the cure time of the resin bound material. The lower the temperature, the longer the time taken for the product to set. It is therefore recommended that a catalyst addition should be made to decrease the cure time to maintain the products performance. The addition should be made to Part A and thoroughly mixed before Part B is added. The table below is a guide to the levels of additional catalyst required at different ambient temperatures:-
Care needs to be taken with the addition; too much will speed up the working time; too little can lead to a weak finish. It is advisable to do a test piece prior to application.
